Celebrating Creativity

The University System of Maryland Hagerstown hosts the annual Washington County High School Art Show and gives awards to high school artists from Washington County public and private schools. More than 90 pieces were entered this year. Local judges evaluated the artwork, and after much deliberation, awarded first, second, and third place in several categories, along with the overall Best in Show award. This year a fun “USMH Staff Pick Award” was presented to one student in each category.
