Hagerstown Magazine takes immense pride in presenting the HotList awards, an initiative that has become synonymous with recognizing and honoring the outstanding local businesses and service providers that make our community truly exceptional.

We work very hard to provide users with a smooth voting process and strive to capture an authentic view of who our locals truly believe are best. To achieve this, we have some rules in place that help us keep the contest as fair and unbiased as possible.

Official Rules & Instructions

  1. Only one completed voting form per email address will be accepted.

  2. Let’s keep the spotlight on LOCAL favorites!

  3. There are over 70 categories this year which are organized by sections. Please vote for at least 20 of your favorite businesses and/or service providers.

  4. By participating, you agree to allow Hagerstown Magazine to send you occasional specials, offers or news from local businesses.

*These categories have been retired as the following businesses have won the top award in each for the last five years:
